semi-sweet wines. Deep inside the rock, at a depth of 30-50

meters, enclosed in oak barrels and vats, brand and ripe wines

of TM INKERMAN go through the long aging process.

ТМ INKERMAN is the brand of Inkerman International Group

of Companies, the winemaking company with national and foreign

investments, which comprises secondary production facility

Inkerman Vintage Wine Factory Ltd., and primary production

facilities Closed Joint-Stock Agricultural Society ‘Chernomorets’

and ‘Kachinskiy +’ LLC. The vineyards of Inkerman International

are located in Sevastopol winemaking area on the Southwest coast

of the Crimean peninsula and its foothill regions, in the valleys of

rivers Kacha, Belbek, and Bulganak. Unique soil conditions and

microclimate of these lands make Sevastopol grape growing area

an outstanding wine region distinguished by excellence. Grapes

grown here are used to produce flagrant and elegant dry, semi-dry,

and semi-sweet wines. The European types of grapes are cultivated

on 2.800.00 hectares of Sevastopol vineyards: Chardonnay,

Aligote, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Pinot Noir,

Merlot and many other popular grape varieties.

Over a 50 year history, the winery became the leading

winemaking company in Ukraine, received consumers'

appreciation, and was awarded 17 cups of Grand prix, 132 gold,

45 silver, and 12 bronze medals at the international exhibitions

and competitions acknowledging high quality of Inkerman

wines. In 1990, as per the International Organization of Vine

and Wine in Paris, the winery was recognized as one of the

world’s premier winemaking companies. Currently the wines of

TM INKERMAN are highly desirable at the Cabinet of

Ministers, Embassies and representative agencies of Ukraine in

multiple countries. More than 35% of the total output is being

exported to the countries near and far abroad.

Inkerman Winery was built on the place of production of

bryozoan limestone – inkerman stone. Galleries made in

calcareous rock form an underground city with an area totaling

5.5 ha, fixed temperature +16° C, and relative air humidity

80-85% throughout the year. The unique microclimate of the

cellars creates optimal conditions for aging of fine wines. Up to

15 mln liters of wine are stored simultaneously in oak barrels in

Inkerman cellars. The winemakers of Inkerman winery have

been collecting best wine samples from the first days of its

foundation. As of today, the Inkerman wine enoteca has a great

selection of unique and rare wines dating back to the 60s-80s. It

features some wines that are no longer produced, for instance

‘Alye Parusa’ and ‘Crimean Pedro.’ The last bottles of these

wines enriched the winery enoteca in the 80’s XX.
